Maintenance Plans

Twice-yearly gate inspections, safety checks, and written condition reports

Well-functioning gate equipment is essential for the security and safety of your property. Our Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP) keeps your gate automation operating reliably year-round. Before each visit, our technician contacts you to schedule a convenient time and asks about any existing concerns. We then perform a thorough maintenance inspection, write a detailed condition report, and notify you immediately if anything needs urgent attention. Performed twice a year — spring and fall.

Twice-Yearly Visits

Spring and fall inspections scheduled at your convenience — we contact you ahead of each visit and ask about any existing issues.

Full Safety Check

Safety devices, access keypads, emergency access, battery backup, and phone line tested every visit.

Mechanical Inspection

Loose bolts, rollers, hinges, operator mounting, welds, belts, pulleys, and all moving parts inspected for excessive wear.

Written Condition Report

After every visit you receive a written report on gate condition with immediate notification of any concerns that need urgent attention.

How It Works

  1. 1

Enrollment: sign up for the PMP and we document the current condition of your gate system as a baseline.

  2. 2

Pre-visit contact: before each scheduled visit, our technician calls or emails to confirm timing and asks about any existing problems.

  3. 3

Maintenance inspection: full checklist covering safety devices, mechanical components, lubrication, alignment, and electrical systems.

  4. 4

Written report: you receive a condition report after every visit noting what was checked, adjusted, and any items flagged for attention.

  5. 5

Immediate notification: if any concern requires urgent action, we notify you on the spot — no waiting for the written report.
