Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled using the link in your confirmation email or by calling (206) 940-0990. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, crew availability, site conditions, or emergencies.

Photo and voice features may identify visible conditions or possible maintenance opportunities, but they cannot inspect hidden conditions, verify safety, diagnose equipment, provide engineering advice, or bind Northwest Gates & Doors. If you believe a gate, door, or electrical system presents an immediate danger, stop using it and contact an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service as appropriate.
